We had the great honour of welcoming Jeff Bagby, a renowned American brewer to join us to smash out a hoptastic classic IPA. This multi level, multi hop additioned IPA has been blessed with plenty of Cascade, Columbus, Chinook, Comet and Simcoe for a sticky piney resinous and citrus flavour. A careful blend of bittering additions and mash hopping gives a robust but balanced bitterness holding onto the beautiful hop aromas and enticing you in for more.
