Leia IPA, named after one of our favourite 4 legged taproom regulars! If you've been in our taproom you've likely seen Leia roaming around saying hello to people. She's just the absolute sweetest girl! We brewed this one using Bere barley and hopped heavily with Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin. Tasty little combo!
